fat-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, preservative-free and
cholesterol-free. Depending on the end product use, products
containing Kolatin can be marketed as USDA Organic certified.
Kolatin® Real Kosher Gelatin’s proteins are easy to digest, and can
partially replace sugar and fat without compromising taste, texture,
and other physical and sensorial properties.
The only bovine gelatin in the world that is produced exclusively
from domestic sourced 100% glatt hides, is parve and kosher for
Passover.
